We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on supplier location, carrier performance, or external factors.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Delays

Novu is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs or logistical issues
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our control


5. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Novu is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Novu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly in these situations.


8. In-Transit Orders

Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

Once a package is in transit with the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders that are still in transit.

If a shipment appears delayed, we recommend allowing additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.


9. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

Novu is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly or check with neighbors or local delivery locations.
